Ad Hoc Support

For focused tasks or short pieces of work.

£37 per hour

Ideal for work that’s needed from time to time. All time is logged accurately, with a short monthly summary provided.

Retained Support

For regular, structured support each month.

10 hours per month - £35 per hour
15 hours per month - £34 per hour
20 hours per month - £33 per hour

Hours are tracked and summarised clearly each month, giving full visibility of time used and progress made.

Project or Fixed-Fee Work

For defined pieces of work such as board-pack preparation, minute-taking, audits, or system reviews.
Quoted individually based on scope, timescales and deliverables.
A written outline is always provided before work begins.

Billing & Terms

• Invoices are issued monthly, with clear time logs.
• Retainer hours are agreed in advance and remain fixed for that month.
• Changes to retainer hours require one month’s notice and take effect from the next billing period.
• Fixed-fee projects are agreed in advance.
• Payment is by bank transfer within 7 days of invoice.
